This gym honestly deserves more than 5 stars!! I was a former long-time 24 Hr Fitness member for more than 20+ years as well as a former YMCA member before I signed up here. This was THE BEST gym decision I've ever made!! I was hesitant to join this gym bc it was "small" compared to the former gyms listed above but realize now that the hesitation was unfounded!! This gym is a rock star and blows the other gyms away! Pros: 24/7 member access (no need to worry about holiday closures or shortened hours), sparkling clean and no broken equipment! For example, at 24 Hr Fitness, if a piece of equipment is labeled broken, it means its broken forever and don't ever think of using it again. Here, if a piece of equipment is not working, there is a note placed on it to indicate when it will be repaired and then it's actually repaired in a timely manner! 24 Hr Fitness can learn from this gym!!! This gym may be smaller when compared to 24 Hr Fitness, but this gym has all the top quality equipment that most gym go-ers will ever need. The equipment is thoughtfully placed and spaced out well in the gym so it doesnt feel cramped. The owner, Mike takes pride in operating the best gym around and it shows! CONS: There aren't any!!!!

Do not let anybody in even when they say they are a member. Which I know they are a member and forget key. You won't get away with that. Mr Mike will block right away you never going to get reinstated even is one time only.

That's how rude the owner is. You best not to engage with him even a friendly conversation. If you do? There's another side of personality that you don't know that will surprise you.. go in there and work out and don't say so much or talk too much to the owner if you want to keep your membership. One mistake that's it..

All you folks contemplating taking care of yourself with New Year's resolutions couldn't find a better place to get started than Anytime Fitness in Sausalito. Mike is one of the most conscientious small business owners I have had the pleasure to meet, and the gym shows it. The building is clean, well lit, the equipment is plentiful and well kept. It gets busy before and after the 9-to-5ers do their thing (all gyms do), but there is always something available, never a line, and the clients reflect Mike and Elizabeth's friendly attitude, sharing is caring. Be Well, and enjoy a workout at this Anytime Fitness!

This has been a great gym for me! Using the clean-and-ready facilities with "personal training lite" has significantly advanced my physical and mental health. It brought me out of a damaged knee funk and got me through the healing process -- while strengthening muscles overall and my beating heart. I have absorbed shocks and bangs with enjoyment and engagement - and did it any time of day or night that worked for me. They are tireless in creating space for any type of workout for any types of people with enough facilities capability to absorb everyone and how they work their health. PS: My wife likes me squeezing her. A++!

Anytime Fitness in Sausalito exceeds all expectations. The cleanliness, people, constant new equipment, and supportive environment is incredible and makes the gym enjoyable. I feel so comfortable at the gym and appreciate all the members as well. Mike does an awesome job ensuring everything is running well and is extremely conscious of meeting members needs and requests!

I've belonged to many gyms but nothing has been as awesome as Anytime Fitness in Sausalito. Mike, the owner, keeps the gym in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and takes members feedback every year to purchase new or updated equipment. And he's a great trainer. My trainer, Elizabeth, has changed my life by figuring out the perfect program for me. She is always available to consult with me, as is Mike. There is a big family of regulars here as well. Walking into the gym cheers me up instantly, smiling at familiar faces and knowing I'm getting a high quality workout at a very reasonable price. And don't even get me started on our little mascot, Rookie. Seriously the best gym around!!
