Clean, comfortable building that offers a lot of senior activities including exercise equipment, computer room, billiards room and Meals On Wheels supplied lunch which can be taken home or enjoyed on site (large dining area).

Visited center and asked for info on activities offered. Was given a Jan. activities schedule by a very pleasant lady and no further info given. Will go back again earlier in the day and request info and tour.
Called prior to going in to request a list of rentals in the area which could not be mailed or faxed. Had to be picked up.
Edit: Returned to center and received a full tour and application for membership. Anticipate enjoying spending time here.

I go to the Antelope Valley Senior Center Monday to Friday. I workout for an hour. 45 minutes on Treadmill and 15 minutes on the Bike. At 10:30, I pickup my Lunch to go. Then, I'm on my way home.

Staff is very nice and the people that go there very nice. Great place to make calls and do some paperwork. Not to mention get a bite to eat about 10 am

They have fun classes, group card games, a library, aerobic machines, and monthly birthday parties. They serve lunch & lots more for senior citizens to do. Come make friends 😊
