I have waited a while to leave this review as I wanted it to be thorough and speak about how living here was from the beginning to the very end.

PROS:
The property is quite large and beautiful. Maintenance staff were very quick with attending to repairs, often within the same day. The office staff were also very good at responding to their emails and picking up the phone. I didn’t really run into many issues while living here. There’s tons of parking, so even when most spots are taken, you can generally find a spot decently nearby your unit. The provided gym is small and doesn’t have much equipment but they do an excellent job keeping it clean.

CONS:
If the gate provides you with a sense of security… don’t let it. It’s broken half of the time and kept open, they also don’t change the access codes so any prior tenants can still gain access to the property. Really not a deal breaker.
However, what would be is what happens when you move out. And before I go on- please if you do move in here take EXTENSIVE before photos. Prior to moving out, I had scheduled a pre-move out inspection with maintenance to get an idea of how much of my deposit would be returned to me. They told me the unit looked great & left. However when I called, they had a whole list of charges. New carpet for the whole unit, pet seal under the carpet, a full clean, new paint… We left the unit in the same condition we received it in. When I called, they said all of these charges were STANDARD to any pet owner. They charge a $175 clean for every tenant and $150 paint. The carpet & pet seal if you have dogs. I had the carpet professionally steam cleaned and there were NO stains on the carpet top. When they pulled it up to “show” me proof it was stained, he happened to know exactly where to pull it and showed a stain where my couch had been FROM the DATE of move in. My couch is on the ground, no tall legs and these stains were not mine. Long story short… I took them to court and won the hearing, with them owing me more than my security deposit because they couldn’t prove the NEED for any of the charges. So while the property is great- be prepared to fight in the end to not owe THEM money and take photos before/after. My judge stated CA law is the property must be left in room swept condition to be considered “clean,” must not have holes and patches (aka if it did then paint would be required), and the carpet must look clean upwardly facing. Normal wear and tear IS just that! And the judge called our unit “pristine…” Because, frankly it was. This really ruined my experience with the apartment complex all together. The good news is, you can take them to court for your deposit- and if you have photos, you’ll win. I didn’t even need to show half the evidence I brought, the pictures spoke for themselves. Just to show “you” I’ve attached a pic of my unit when returned and a snippet of their email chain. I wish you luck!

Lived from 2022-24 DO NOT LIVE HERE. you will receive no security deposit back even if your apartment is clean when you leave. Management is never helpful and only interested in taking your money. Dogs bark all day long and they do not do anything about it. Smokers everywhere.

Owners are part of the rent scheme going on now. They continue to raise rent when others have lowered. They also allow very short-term rentals, which has brought in a lot of people who lack respect. They move away from the ghetto but bring the same behavior here.

Great move in experience ! Community is very quiet, clean and safe overall ! Main priority is safety for me and it meets expectations ! No complaints ! Staff is awesome ! Love living here so far

Lol I don’t know how they were able to get my review taken off but here it is again because I don’t want other people scammed.
I lived here in 2019 with my son and constantly had issues ranging from the sinks (kitchen and bathroom), electricity, and neighbors harassing me. I got out of my lease early because my downstairs neighbor was making threats and I felt that my son was not safe in the apartment.
Fast forward to 2021, my husband and I went here inquiring about a 2 bedroom apartment. We informed them that my credit is higher while my husband’s is not so great. The girl said “that’s okay, if your credit score is over 680 then we will use that one.” We applied and she said she looks forward to giving us our keys. We left and not even ten minutes into our drive, they call us to say “sorry, you didn’t get the apartment, good luck looking!”
This place is seriously such a joke and the management was horrible! They’re dishonest, it’s very unsanitary, and the maintenance workers are lazy and blame you for issues they should’ve fixed prior to you moving in.
Will never move here. Recommend that nobody does.

I had a pretty good experience living at this complex overall. I lived here over 1.5 years. The staff was friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout. Whenever I needed a service, they were quick to provide it. My only complaints are that I gave a $600 deposit, and only received like $90 back. I left the apartment clean, but they said they had to replace a portion of the carpet, and that there was a standard cleaning fee. If I would have known, I wouldn't have cleaned anything then. Also, they gave me a hard time at the beginning, telling me that all the utility bills had to be under the main person on the lease (although 2 of us were on it). I spoke to the manager, and was told the same thing, which I had never heard of at any apartment before. So I had to switch all the utility bills to the co-leaser's name. When I went in to sign, they said that it actually didn't matter whose name the utility bills were under, which was exactly what I had been telling them. So I guess they made a big deal out of it for nothing, and didn't apologize, or even acknowledge that they gave me the wrong info and a hard time. Other than that, I really enjoyed, and felt comfortable living at this complex.

The pool and apartments are nice. Pool needs regular maintenance and sun chairs need to be bug sprayed everyday because we find alot of black widows under them!! They need more umbrellas out as well with this California heat. They used to have cabanas, I wish they would bring those back, They looked so lavish and nice!! They also new lounge chairs by the pool, most are old and sunbeat and falling apart.
I was hoping they would get a tanning room someday, but it's not looking good. Our apartment is comfortable and decent but they didn't put new carpet in before we moved in so our carpet is yuck! Our apartment needs to be updated though like the fridge and sliding door handle and front door handle and bathroom door handle. Hopefully they will update all apartments equally. They direction our apartment sits is a nightmare! We get sun and heat all day so out electric bill is through the roof from our air conditioning. The air ducts also need a really good cleaning! Dust goes through the vents constantly so once you dust the dirt is back once the air turns on. The circulation isn't great either, during the summer the master bedroom is sweltering and during the winter the spare bedroom is freezing dispite the heater being on because it ends up heating the master bedroom too much and it becomes too hot.

I lived here for a few years and wished I could stay longer. I love Jennifer & Jose (maintenance). Actually, all the staff are nice & helpful. One thing I like about this apartment is that they do background checks --which helps me feel a little more comfortable of who my neighbors are. The area was well kept. If there was any concerns, they would take care of it. I just wish rent didn't keep going up. It went up $400 in the last 3 years! Also, I wished the walls were a little thicker. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay..
