Great resale location. The staff is friendly and the prices are always better than the other resale stores around like Savers or Goodwill.

You can tell the store is more direct straight from the donations it receives on site as opposed to some centralized distributor, so lots of unfiltered great finds pop up, always new stuff.

I also loved that I learned it's a 100% nonprofit benefiting Inland Empire children and adults with disabilities from housing to medical care. The other stores actually operate for profit and just donate a portion of proceeds – not here.

As with any thrift store, this place can be hit or miss. However, when you HIT, it is usually a great find and a steal of a deal. I bought a Pottery Barn desk for $20 and I have found other treasure that myself or someone in my family has collected. The staff is always kind. They have even hired special need employees. I saw a training session and the manager was extremely warm and patient. I do think have drop off times earlier than store hours would be a benefit, but I understand why they need to limit it to business hours.

Dont bother with donating unless you want to deal with Fat Rude Ignorant person of unknown gender.
Treated me like I was wasteing there time while it Refused $1000 + in Vintage antiques....

No wonder the store if filled with junk.

I stopped here to make a small donation of a few clothes and shoes. There was attendant there, which was fine since it wasn't busy. The guy made me wait longer than necessary and wasn't friendly. Didn't even say anything, let alone thank you. If I was a local, I wouldn't go back.

I love this place and I really enjoy interacting with the people that work there. Always a smile always a helping hand. On a very personal note my father who suffered from dementia would find his way to this store and sometimes not be able to find his way home. And the staff gracious to always call us,, there's a special love for Monica who always treated my father with respect and dignity. Thank you folks

We stopped by on a weekday afternoon and enjoyed uncrowded browsing conditions. I checked out their collection of records - 45s and LPs. Meanwhile, my wife, on a mission found and bought the items she was looking for. Well stocked, wide variety of everything you expect in a thrift store. Clean confines and friendly staff.

Donating today at the Temecula location, the young guy, maybe in his mid 20’s clearly did not want to be there. He was no help with a small but awkward box which had breakables in it which I did tell him, when he took it from me he tossed it in one of their bins. I told him again it had breakables in it. He turned and walked away, no comment, no oops Sorry didn’t hear you…nothing, just walked into the building.
Not the best way to be greeting residents here donating when there’s plenty of other charities out there who will gladly take our goods

Love this place love this place except the fact they stopped the color tag sales and their prices went up. Honestly I don't understand cuz it's a thrift shop not a boutique. Anyways it's a store that I call my happy place and we're I go to get Therapy . The staff members are approachable and helpful. The one that really stands out the most to me is chorenn and I'm sure I spelled her name wrong I do apologize for that. She the one with long blond hair a beautiful smile. She had been a great employee for them for sure. So this is the place we're you to can have therapy if you need it and who don't need some therapy once in a while... . Good job angel view now we need to work on your prices coming down a little or go back to the color tag sale seriously you'll get more costumers especially with the good will closed
