I just want to say how helpful Jessica has been in providing excellent medical services to my son in law. I am one of his caregivers and schedule his appointments. I have not been able to find a provider for him at Chico Ampla but Jessica was very helpful to get him started with Dr. Kumar at Los Molinos. He and Jessica made a great team. I will miss him. Jessica has always tried to make time to answer my questions regarding my son in law. She has also helped me to navigate my own medical care. She is always pleasant, patient and professional. She is definitely an asset to the clinic at Los Molinos. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is not only about medical treatment but also the best way to use the clinic services. Navigating clinic services can often be confusing for the lay person. Thank you Jessica for the great services you provide at Los Molinos Ampla.

I want to share my experience with Jessica, the nursing supervisor, at the Los Molinos Ampla. She has been amazing in helping me with so many issues I’ve had as a patient at Ampla. Unlike other supervisors, she always answers her phone and takes my complaints seriously. She actively listens to the patients and most importantly can de-escalate conflict.

Jessica is incredibly respectful and knows how to solve problems quickly and effectively. She goes above and beyond, even helping with problems at other Ampla locations. Her leadership skills are impressive, showing real professionalism and managerialism in everything she does.

Jessica doesn’t just do her job well; she often cleans up the messes left by others. She is a true leader who gets things done and always makes sure patients are taken care of. Her dedication and hard work make a real difference, and I’m grateful for everything she does.

In my opinion, because of her, the Los Molinos Ampla is the best clinic in Northern California. It’s not a huge place, so it’s not crowded, which makes for a personalized and relaxed experience. The medical assistants and receptionists are great too. The only problem is that they need to hire more providers for Ampla especially after losing the kind hearted Dr. Kumar.
