I am almost WEEKLY getting calls from this Agency about returning to work and Social Security, however I am NOT a client of them nor am I able to work due to multiple medical conditions. Despite being placed on the Social Security Return to Work Program's AND Alta's internal DO NOT CONTACT Listing the calls have NOT STOPPED! Always given the same sop story, apologies, and promises to not attempt contacting me again yet they still do it. Does it take legal or Congressional action to force this agency to do the legally correct behavior? Definitely NOT an agency I would be able to recommend that anyone deal with at all.

My son has a really awesome service coordinator there at Alta regional Kim Graham. She is able to sign in American Sign Language and really takes time to listen to what my son wants and also explains things in a way that I can actually support my son getting services I’m so glad that Alta regional has support services for people with disabilities as well.

Appreciate these guys for the hard work they do,
I wish I could give five stars but the security team they hire - allied universal which is usually very friendly and outgoing, even made friends with a couple of the security patrol, but every now and then they hire a patrol guard who is a little aggressive, not too talkative and ask what your business is there, which isn't an issue. I do realize they have a job to do and are not there to make friends.. but last night a patrol man pull into the lot and start threatening to attempt physical harm to me, which also isn't a problem to me. I just wanted to make this review so the parents of special needs children have a chance of deescalating a negative encounter with any of the patrol guards and being able to walk away unharmed and unthreated. The security guard in question carried himself to make me believe he is armed and would rather use fatal repercussions then rather get law enforcement involved. The guard refuse to state his name and unfortunately it happened so fast I was not able to get any footage of the incident on tape so at this time i will not be filing a police report or will not be seeking legality till further engagements. I just ask Alta California's clients to mind their p's and q's and be safe coming here, Thank you.

They used to be good but they've been losing workers cause higher ups won't give services needed so families call and complain to workers since higher ups are so wealthy they don't understand how their clientele feels one of the providers didn't notify me or my worker about a problem instead contact owner of service saying of change but no one knew and I requested funding for a thearpy which they considered then declined but said they'd pay for me to create a home program which I don't know if I'll remember to do them. My doc who has been brainwashed by big pharmaceutical industry wouldn't vouch that I'd get long term results which I have seen at a different clinic I went to but closed

This facility promised up front to support family connections and after placement did everything possible to interfere, retaliated and even interfered with the ward obtaining basic needs like dental and medical care. They even did not provide counseling but took his SSI check pocketing it and providing as few services as possible.

This place is horrible I had hey social assessment, all the documents were changed into the words that they wanted to put them in things that did not happen they stated happen. They said my twins are fighting with each other and that never happened. I had someone there at the assessment with me and they couldn’t believe that they have put those things in the paperwork for the paperwork for ISS to make the decision on my artistic receiving there 24 hour protective supervision and they told me no I couldn’t get the documents they called me back six hours later at the end of the day. There was sorry I couldn’t get them and all the worse was change from the Case manager that actually did my assessment there’s no longer working at their office ridiculous but I will be reporting them.

This place is the worst I went in person. Did all the paper work (a head if time)and hoping I can get intake! waited for the date to call me as it said on the email and even try to follow up. They made a flase more like a excuse saying I never did. I have try to contact to reschedule. The rude staff refused and the Manger couldn't careless ! This place is the worst very neglectful, my special needs child needs help since his school needs it . We have face discrimination. Lack of sense of urgency , profiling, unprofessional, poor management, never can get a appointment for intake, no one don't want to help. These people get paid for doing nothing ans always long wait and I don't know comments! I hope this place either get shut down , have more of a caring and progressive team! This place is beyond overrated with no results. It's been months now and no responses or even a intake date after being pushed back . The lack of communication and commitment with this people are so neglectful. But honestly all of sacramento couldn't care less about our kids who needs this ! This place is such a hopeless cause to be honest!
