I liked that you could pick out what you wanted for breakfast and the options were pretty good. It was more like snacks, but it wasn't terrible. Bathrooms were portable but generally clean. There was also more sanitation here than at other shelters I'd been at. Some staff were helpful, others were just miserable. There's two cleaning days per week where you clean your area and that wasn't a bad thing. There could've been more ventilation, especially with COVID still going around. The reason this has 2 stars is because my bunk mate kept shaking the bed from 10 PM to 3 AM. I brought this up to several staff members including the manager Jerome. He told me that he couldn't do anything about because this is "community living". My bunk mate would do this every night for no reason. He's just a lowlife, I guess. Anyways, that made the experience terrible. Jerome wouldn't even let me change beds, which I suggested. This is "help" homeless people get, when they're trying to improve their lives.

For all the faults of certain people on the lower rung this place gets the job done. Homelessness isn't easy and Alpha Project does the miracle of helping people every day. If you can navigate an organization that puts good people at the top I would highly recommend using their services. However if you're not in that class you will be subject to potential misfortunes. Thank you Alpha Project for what you do! Miracles do happen because of you!
