I highly recommend Alexander Funeral Services when the time is needed for an experienced & compassionate funeral home. They have been so helpful. I live approximately three hours away & was wondering how many times I would have to drive back and forth to plan the arrangements for my mother. After the initial visit we were able to get everything finalized via texts, calls & email. Rhett has been available from the moment that I walked in to answer any questions that I had. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff.

I recently lost my daughter, and we decided on a cremation, which I was still struggling with because of the process, and the cost. When I went in I was very nervous about making these decisions, but Becky was fantastic. She is so easy to relate too, and made my visit very calming and explained the process and the billing in a way that did not seem overwhelming. She and Jamie stayed in touch with me by phone calls and texts throughout the whole process. Jamie did a beautiful job putting together the obituary and her service pamplets. When I went in to pick up my daughter's cremains and the care package, she(Jamie)went over everything with me, and even listened to me when I cried. Im forever grateful.

During the passing of my father in law, Alexander Funeral Service went above and beyond to help our family. Every step and every detail of their service is designed to comfort grieving families and to help them through the days even past the funeral.

Rhett was very attentive to my mother in law's needs and what she wanted to have done in the service. He took his time to explain each step clearly and did not rush any of her decisions. Their many options for services allowed her to pick just the right one to honor my FIL.

One particular thing that stuck in my mind was they made a video from pictures that the family provided. They asked a few simple questions and the video was a perfect representation of my father in law. Jamie worked until after 10:00 pm the night before the service to make sure everything was perfect.

Even a few weeks later, they are still checking on the family and offering guidance on the next steps to take. Our family has greatly appreciated all of the calls, texts, and beautiful sentiments from Alexander Funeral Service.
