Filled out my GA application online, was told via text message to go into an office so I came to the closest office, thus one gave then my application number and case number only to be told they don't have it and I have to fill put a paper application and pull another number and wait longer, now the lady is playing games by not calling next number and making me intentionally wait because their lacking has irritated me, how about you stop having attitude with us when we already filled out our application and provided the application number, then as I walk away you run your unprofessional mouth to the worker next to you as if it's a joke that I'm upset at your offices lacking, "oh I had 2 of them yesterday " REALLY?! THEN WHY IS IT STILL HAPPENING, WHY IS IT NOT FIXED?

I'm here on 3/27/24, all I needed prior to my number being called was a blank peice of paper via a copy machine to write a quick note for my case so I can receive my benifits. They have a huge problem doing the tasks they were hired to do. It was a huge problem for the social workers to give me a pen and blank peice of paper to write a short note to prove my case to receive my benifita. They will blame you for their lacking 100% I have a simple issue which should not create drama yet they have a huge issue with basic customer service skills. STOP BLAMING US FOR YOUR LACKING AS A HUMAN ALL TOGETHER. YOU'RE HERE TO HELP US, NOT GIVE US ATTITUDE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK, IDK WHAT TYPE OF HUMANS YOU ENCOUNTER DAILY, THE ISSUES LIES WITHIN YOUR COMPANY AND THEIR LACKING TO BE PROFESIONAL!!!

The AWESOME LADY @ WINDOW 6 MADE MY DAY ALOT BRIGHTER!!! She is patient and extremely knowledgeable and simply a beautiful person who knows her job well.

I visited on a Wednesday afternoon. Very short line. Impressed by cleanliness of facility and appreciate the security staff right as you enter. Staff was very friendly, and I was in and out pretty fast though admittedly my query was an easy one. Plenty of parking too!

I was there today this is my second time I bee to this social services and I only got good stuff to say to the lady in window 6 omg she has been my best experience in any social services office I been to and I have been to the one in Hayward and oakland.i just wish everyone who work at this place was as friendly as she was she even offered a cady to my daughters thank you for always smiling and for being helpful

Just dumb. People need to be retrained period. My daughter have to go to this office every month because they mess up her case. A matter of fact I’m about to file a complaint on her behalf. This is ridiculous!!!!! Are these people really taking test to work for the county?
