Personally, I'm surprised I'm giving them 5 stars. But someone greeted me at the door and got me a number. She recognized that I spoke English so my number was read in English. If I had spoken Chinese or Spanish, my number would have been announced in that language. How amazing! Plus, they had translators on the phone to help interpret. I was in and out in half an hour. And my problem was fixed. Google maps doesn't have exactly the right location..it's across from planned parenthood. 5 stars for Social Services. Wow.

I love the Samoan woman! She was so helpful and amazing! She is everything! I hope when I go again I get her! I wrote a note about her! I need to pull it up because it has her name! God bless this building!

This place sucks, my fiance resigned about 3 to 4 weeks ago and they still haven't gave her check, this place sucks and is very unprofessional. Do not work here unless you want to be punish for trying to do the right thing. I would give a lesser ratings if I could.

This place you never know how it's going to be for you it's either extremely busy with great customer care or you can get called up to a window right away and not good customer care. I guess it just depends on what you go in there for but do expect a long wait.

Unfortunately I have to give it a bad review, I’ve been calling to ask if my copy of Cps report is ready for pick up, but no one ever answers. if I go in person I will have to commute and hour and that’s a risk to take what if the copy is still not ready. It’s been close to 9weeks. I wonder if there is any suggestions about this?

They are fast and orderly here. Not a lot of people during the morning hours. Fastest place to pick up a EBT card in my opinion

There are other offices closed so this office stays busy. Be prepared to wait. Stay calm because tensions get high while in line. There are sheriff officers present just in case. Bring your documents, and id with you. Have plenty of battery life on your phone.

I keep calling and calling but no one answers the phone! I call in the morning and afternoon but nope they hang up. Where do I have to go to get my work done? This is so ridiculous.
