There are several college students that I know who are trying to get in contact with the ATF, so that they can upload their resumes and college transcripts for the supposable scholarships that are being offered. It's very interesting that an upload button is not available on the student's profile page. It's also very interesting that no one is available with customer service to assist with this matter. Obviously, the scholarship opportunity seems like a scam.
