This place used to celebrate black culture and that was very prevalent but now I’m not sure what happened.

Don't waste your time with their fake-woke workshops and activities. They pretend to care about students while only caring what gets them district money. There has to be some kind of laundering going on. Do not be surprised if they "relocate"... Completely pathetic and judgmental staff. Never work here unless all of the management finally move to Orange County.

This place is an amazing place for kids to learn culture. My kids had an amazing time. The holiday party was very fun!!! Also thank you Qs.

The director and Mentors are wonderful to my children and youth. They offer tutoring daily. AKOMA staff provide great assets to my students academic success.
