AIM Academy Chelsea has been my family’s first experience with childcare, and it has been such a wonderful journey so far. I toured a few other facilities before AIM, and it is by far the most clean and organized I have seen. My daughter adjusted more quickly than we expected with the help and kindness of her teachers, Kayla and Aliyah. They do an amazing job at keeping her clean (has never had a diaper rash!), taking photos/videos, and updating us on her activities throughout the day! I can tell each teacher cares about the children in their room which makes me feel confident and happy to send my daughter there everyday! They have an awesome learning curriculum as well. I can’t wait to see how my daughter continues to grow, learn, and connect at AIM in the future. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been at AIM for 2 months and we couldn’t have asked for a better staff and facility to care for our little one. We are always greeted with positive attitudes and it is certainly reassuring to have such kind staff. We love Miss Azaria, Miss Angel, and Ms. Kasey and we are very grateful for each of the AIM staff members that are a part of the care that she receives each day.

AIM Academy has done a great job with my son so far! We’re always greeted with a smile and positive attitudes. It has a family feel like every student is more than just a number. My son loves his teachers Miss Angel and Miss Azaria in Infant I. They’re very patient and loving with him, which makes it easier to leave him, knowing he’s in good hands.

AIM in Chelsea has been a wonderful experience for our family! From our tour with Alyssa to the first day for our 14 month old every staff member has been very caring. Our son started a few weeks ago and as he is still very much adjusting we have to give so many thanks to his teachers Kasey and Tabitha ! They have kept us updated throughout the day on how he is doing and they have made me and my husband feel comforted knowing he is in good hands. We are impressed with the communication we receive daily and the smiles from all staff members but especially Benji’s teachers! Thank you so much!

We love AIM Academy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL! The staff of teachers is one of the best (if not the best) in the area. The care and attention they give to my daughter by far exceeds any of my expectations. And if that wasn't enough, my daughter has learned far beyond her age group expectations. Not to mention they offer extra curricular activities that have been a nice added bonus. I couldn’t recommend AIM enough!!

My little boy has been with AIM since they opened in Chelsea and I can’t recommend them enough. Since day 1 Ms. Princes has been so caring towards him and more recently Ms. Hashita too. My LO talks about them all the time and that shows how much he loves them and how much time they dedicate to each of their kids. The whole team at AIM is truly amazing!

I switched my daughter from her last daycare in November of 2023 after feeling like she was not loved or appreciated, nor was she learning. Since the switch I’ve seen the magic of AIM Academy’s curriculum! T and ShyShy have done an amazing job of teaching and encouraging my 2yo to vocalize her wants and needs. She doesn’t cry at drop off and at pick up, she is sad to leave. They take pictures throughout the day and are very responsive to my concerns and goals for my child. They have been instrumental on her potty training journey and thanks to their efforts, I don’t have to budget for diapers anymore. I have never experienced the love they have for my daughter and the other kids present. I appreciate them so muchh. Cherita is the director at AIM and I believe she has curated a team of people and an environment that feels like home. I feel at peace knowing that everyone who works here loves children and treat them as their own ♥️
