I was first assigned to Lynetta over a year ago for a case for overpayment from Social Security. I ended up filling out and doing all the paperwork myself that she said she would help me with She said that would postpone it for a year. The appeal just came back up and now I have an appointment on 17 January in which they referred me. SF bar, referrals and SF legal With seven days left really It’s a phone call that’s supposed to be a three-way. You would figure one of their legal team would assist me over the phone with the appeals judge for 20 minutes I’m disappointed I’m hoping that someone will contact me in the next seven days. I will keep you posted. Seems like it would be something very simple. I’ve produced and gave all of the paperwork. All they have to do is standby on the phone to make sure that everything is correct legally simple

Bunch of shady ambulance chasers.

Update: Their frivolous lawsuit was rejected by the rent board.

ALRP didn't make it through the Pandemic unscathed. Mass Exodus, then there's one. Seems they can't be bothered with replies anymore. Truly sad and disappointing.

I went to ALARP to seek help for an eviction the landlord where I lived had planned on taking me and my partner to court.
Anyway, I was seen and represented by a professional attorney. Her name was "Kai" Malachi J Haswell. She was the nicest very well experienced and in the end was able to avoid me getting evicted.
Fyi: be sure any issues, problems you've been harassed, anything helps to win a case. Write it down as proof incase you're ever taken to eviction court.

Alex Taylor appeared uneducated when she offered to shake hands. No doubt Taylor is unprofessional. Shocked to find out she went to Cornell. Alex Taylor disrespected each speaker with her texting. She sits away from the audience sneaking cookies and treats. Taylor was unreliable and insincere to the potential volunteers. AIDS Referral might be for a good cause, but Alex Taylor needs the boot.
