RE: exactly that's all you do, you hand over a whole bunch of pamphlets and stuff with a cursory explanation but that's it. Out the door with ya and on your own to figure out what to do next - trying to figure out if you're missing out on something you could qualify for....
Tired of constantly trying to find a case worker/mediator/advocate to help me navigate this insane bureaucratic system that just has roadblock after road block.
Seriously makes me feel like I am wasting my time but also that I am not worth your effort or time, and I should just stop trying to get any help from your agency.

Knowledgeable but that's it, constantly looking for a case worker or mediator or advocate for help getting Medicaid which I already qualify for but because I don't have any of the 3 bank accounts from the online bank that was bought out and then that bank was bought out - I can't get any records and that is stopping me from receiving Medicaid.
SOMEONE NEEDS TO HELP WITH THIS IM BEYOND MY LIMIT.

The ADRC has been an excellent resource for me and my handicapped parents. I am their sole caregiver and it has been quite the journey getting my Father on Medicaid and am working with them now, trying to get my Step-Mother on Medicaid. The have always been so helpful in answering my questions, addressing my concerns, even showing great compassion and patience with my tears and stress at times. The ADRC is a great resource for the aging and, if applicable, their caregiver(s). I appreciate them being there for my family.
