I had an incredible experience volunteering at the African American Community Service Agency Back Pack Drive. The event exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere was vibrant, with numerous families enjoying themselves outdoors. From getting stylish haircuts to engaging in friendly board game competitions, everyone was having a blast. The addition of delicious pizza made the day even more enjoyable.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Milan and the entire team of volunteers. Your dedication and hard work truly make a positive impact on the community. I've recently had the privilege to volunteer here amongst many other amazing people. The assignment was to paint the exterior of the building. I had a blast! Meeting new people, connecting with like minded individuals. Everyone was entirely kind and easy to talk to. AACSA provided us with breakfast and lunch as well. I've come to learn that this is a great place to connect you to multiple resources. They really are an organization out to make a difference in the community.

A great place to go for an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. It's a non-smoking facility, and it doesn't have much parking. The people are there are very nice and they have lots of events.

Terrific facility with enough room for multiple churches to hold weekly services, a polling place for Election Day, a place to feed the homeless and those with low income, and AA Meetings several times a day, year round.

The Bridge Library here has many cool free books to borrow, provided by SJPL in partnership with First Five !
Milan and all the staff are enthusiastic and friendly, offering the community many social services and educational resources, both directly and through community connections!

They provide many community services here and are way more trustworthy than Santa Clara county department of social services. They are dedicated to the San Jose community at large here.
