This facility was really great and helping out with resources needed for major transitions in life, as well as provisions for food and necessities. The people were nice, and the processes were very quick as it may not be in most situation.

Hello I’ve submitted an application weeks ago with Ada Jenkins…I received a confirmation email stating all that was missing was my check stubs and I sent those over immediately. Well it’s going over the second week and now I have been pad locked out my home. I have reached out at least twice between July 27 and now with no update, no phone call or any response. I was working with a social worker and I feel like that has been looked over too.. Is there any supervisor or manager that will reach out to me? I’ve literally done everything possible. I have been faced with very bland or dismissive responses. I definitely was told the process would take time but it’s been two weeks without a word and I’ve been trying my hardest to do everything. I even showed up to speak to someone and explained how my three kids and I had two weeks to catch up. Since then I’ve received the eviction and judgment, and still no word from Ada Jenkins. It’s kind of disheartening seeing how so much hope would be given through so many conversations just for someone to not care enough to even respond. Is there anyone I can talk to me that can thoroughly help? I can also provide proof of emails, and text messages I have sent that I have been ignored. Sent from my iPhone

This is a fantastic community resource! It's totally free which can't be beat...especially if things ($) are kinda tight at the moment. Love what they do and their mission. Very friendly staff that treats everyone very professionally.

This is an incredible place of people who sincerely make heartfelt efforts to help those in need. After my stroke I found myself in a temporary position of need. The staff there treated me with dignity in spite of. Thank God there exists places/people like this
