This company provides bus transportation services for seniors and elders however mistreats their passengers by displaying inappropriate discriminatory behaviors towards seniors/elder passengers with physical disabilities who uses their transportation services. From personal experience, this company hires inexperienced employees and staff members with no customer service and/or experience with dealing with elders or passengers with physical disabilities. Their staff displays rude/confrontational attitudes towards elders with physical disabilities and their family members who report these issues to their supervisors. We've encountered several incidences with this company and when attempting to report the issues to the supervisor, instead of receiving professional, caring responses from supervisors who are genuinely concerned in listening to the reported issues in efforts to address them, we were confronted with rude, abrasive, argumentative and confrontational responses. The supervisor does not care about the issues nor even want to hear about the complaints raised instead tries to argue with you. My mother was verbally abused by one of the drivers of this company because she was walking too slowly on/off the bus. When my mother was leaving the house to walk to the bus, this driver rudely and abruptly drives away without saying a word not allowing my mother on the bus. These issues have been repeatedly happening over the past several months ever since they switched to this new bus driver. No one at the company cares to listen to these reported concerns or cares to try to address them. Thus, the issues continue to happen and my elderly mother continues to be mistreated and abused by the company's bus driver. No elderly person or senior with known walking disabilities should have to endure this type of mistreatment/abuse. This company is unapologetic and hires rude, abrasive, confrontational staff and should not be in business. For sure, we will not be using them again. A formal report with the with BBB has been filed in hopes that other families with elderly parents will not have to endure the same issues or use their services.

I was driving and I see this bus ( 43111H2 ) driving very aggressively to cut me off and full with senior citizens even I saw how the senior citizens were grabbing tightly to the pole so they won't fall or fly out of their seats you guys either gotta get new employees or drivers because this is unacceptable people's families "trust" you guys to treat their family members like that

Abrazar is the best local resource center in the city, w/low cost dental services offering services Mon-Tues. 9:00 to 3:00pm, staff includes: Maria the reception always accommodating w/o great follow up skills, Rosie, the assistant, she's as awesome as she is informative& Dr. Minh, a highly qualified caring professional, services are first come first serve. I've been extremely satisfied with all there services & would recommend the Westminster branch to everyone! Gloria Luna
