On October 25th V P nurse Green didn't bring the meds. 3rd shift called morning of October 25th 2024 nurse said she would check into it say staff. Unable to give meds because they were not there. I Return that noon they were just recently given the meds for 7:00 a.m. was instructed could not give 12:00 meds to 2:00pm and 7:00pmat7:00pm which is out of state regulation. I addressed management over and over because in the same household they would not comb the client's hair. No one on 3rd shift or first shift washed or comb the client's hair prior to November 2nd. This is their job by company policy to groom the client daily in the morning. They had never been put on a piece of paper recommended and probably not even said anything to. It was three Africans their
Privileged I assume.

House managers are lazy and don’t care about the clients fr . They love their lazy Nigerians more than the blacks. They’ll leave you in the house with clients by yourself and out of ratio which could get in trouble with state , I wouldnt recommend this job to anybody . I have stories for days !

I love the clients like family but the bosses and managers are out of control I feel like if you want your love one taking care of ability plus not it. I literally feel so sorry for all the clients. It’s so many good spirts there but I feel like the head ppl don’t care. It’s all about money with them. They have no excitement no money to spend for them selves or nothing. They clothes barely fit. It’s so much neglect going on that it forced me to quit. Dsp only makes 8 dollars when everyone else make good money but yet scared of the clients. I literally had a one on one and had to go to hr. They literally told me to take the client out because they were scared of him. We all get spit on. Hit on and kicked on for 8 dollars. While hr and upper management sits In their little office and hide from really getting to know the main ones who paying their bills. I just thank it isn’t right. I say throw the whole ability plus away and get your loves one out of that program because they are all miserable. I pray that ability plus clients get the proper facility and care they deserve.

Worst neighbors ever. The people that work at ability plus continually park in my grass, in front of my mailbox and make noise at all hours. We have had multiple instances where the care givers do not watch the special needs folks, and they end up in the street, banging on my windows and even wondering outside nude! If you want the cheapest company to care for your loved ones this is it, but the workers are not professional in any way. They are not well trained, or well mannered. Rather than chain smoking, playing on their phones or blasting music maybe the workers could actually do a good job any interact with their clients!

My sister stays here. They take good care of her for the most part. However some of the staff seem like they are just riding the clock and collecting pau. Others on staff are great though.

Worse compnay ever. I have a sister in one of their group homes that was doing really well there up until about a year ago. I have now learned that this company is all about the upper management taking state and federal funds given to them for their consumers and make their and their family and friends pockets fat. I have addressed the board of directors and had no luck in solving the problem due to the friendships with upper management and them. This company is falling financially fast and if you have a loved one in their care or are considering them for care of your loved one. RUN AWAY !! The upper management and board of directors are not for the consumers at all.

Ability Plus has provided wonderful care for my brother. The housing supplied was clean and well staffed. The day habilitation was a great way for him to socialize with others and continue to learn.
