If I could give this place a negative 20 Stars I definitely would. This place is a joke They don't have quality services. They're slumlords. They barely have services at all. One guy for 54 people and he's only here about 3 days a week if that. This place is drug infested. They pick on people and retaliate against the tenants If they complain or call the city because they won't fix a damn thing. if they fix something It's only when they're forced to and it's done so cheaply. They seriously don't care about people. The manager is a kid from the hood with a IQ of -2 who smokes weed with her neighbor. She's rarely in her office and if she is she's on her phone

A Community of friends is a wonderful portal and resource if youve been diagnosed with a Mental Health condition or your a former Alcoholic/ Addict and Homeless, they acess you, give you a case manager, your put on a list ( depending on if your single have children, do you require a Studio/ One bedroom or 2 bedroom ) they help you with many resources including getting your children back from D.C.S , Legal issues, Transportation for Medical appts and sometimes grocery shopping..All the buildings are beautiful, gated, security, freshly painted and kept up to code. They are sliding scale for the rent depending on your income, which could be GR or SSI etc. They work with you.

With the schedule taught by the case managers at ACOF, doing my laundry DOES require a bag. Thanks for the laundry bag! It does mean much.

They were the worst representatives I've ever encountered, in short they are what is wrong with LA & homelessness. Losers, liars, bandits, thieves. they protect miscreants and criminals and systematically get rid of anyone
that gets in the way. Their time is short! I put up with them for 2.9 years, and I couldn't finish school, but hey people like that and the foolish idiots that follow will not be able to remain in pseudo power. they should have their non profit status revoked without question.

I wished they would helped me when I was. reaching out to them. I had goals when I first moved in. I guess I wasn't a good enough tenant. Now back to the street me and my kids go again. Always felt like I was being watched inside the apt.
