My office is located here, and it's a great place to be working in downtown. You have great food options, restaurants and café around here also the City Centre is connected so you can always choose to go to food court. The lobby is great as well, the staff here is amazing you also have the Joey's and Remedy on the main floor. It is connected by the pedways so great to walk around after lunch. The best part is it's a pet friendly building 🙂

Nice building. Easy to access and get around in. It is connected to the downtown pedway system. It is clean and well lit. There is a front desk that is staffed to help you if you need directions. There is a couple coffee spots and a restaurant that is attached to building.

One of the tallest building in downtown. Easy to access and well lit.
There is a front desk staff close to the 103 Avenue entrance. You can actually see alot of places on Edmonton from the 13th floor above.
This building houses various companies and some eateries.

Thank Jacksons Gym for this poor review . I got harassed there today by some guy and won’t go back. They never have anyone working. Good luck with that mentality you’re gonna get sued one day if that keeps up

Was trapped in the elevator for over an hour. Nobody responded to the emergency call button in the building. Had to call 911. After we were finally let out by the fire department, someone who worked the front desk came up and jotted down our first names, he laughed at us. Very terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. Do not recommend parking here at all.

Nice building. Hard to get to when walking as they are doing a bunch of road construction (2019). Once you are in, they have the coolest robotic floor cleaners. I welcome our robot overlords.
