We always enjoy good meals at Flanigan's. I always tell my bargain-loving friends about their lunch special, which we enjoyed today. The burgers are as good as they get anywhere, always with a generous beef patty and deliciously grilled. Service was good, as our waiter was polite and efficient. Saving the famous Flanigan's green cup and bringing it back the next time us another way to save on the soft drinks too.

Friendly waiter with great knowledge of the menu. Food was brought out in a timely manner even with a little crowd. The nachos were huge and enough to feed 4 people. Salmon could’ve used a touch more season and the chicken was pretty good.

Our bellies enjoyed itself while visiting Flanigan's. We need a restaurant like this in the Chicago area. The prices were low, the food was great, and our server was busting his butt; we gave him a nice tip. Actually if this restaurant was in Chicago, the price on our bill would be doubled. LOL!

All the food had great flavor, I really enjoyed the "award-winning" chicken wings and fried shrimp. The hubby enjoyed his mahi-mahi. On the menu, it's called Dolphin, and then AKA mahi-mahi. I had the bbq ribs. The sauce had a great flavor.

The biggest winner was the Snickerdoodle Daddy! Here's the description of the dessert:

A huge, six-inch, warm snickerdoodle cookie, topped with two ginormous scoops of Edy's classic vanilla ice cream, garnished with two rolled vanilla wafers, covered with a landslide of toasted cinnamon crunchies, topped with a snowdrift of whipped cream and a miniature Snickers bar then drizzled with multiple stripes of caramel sauce.

Yeah all of that and it was only $9.99.

Flanigan's has multiple locations, but we visited the Weston, Florida restaurant. They're doing good work there! 🙂

Was in town to visit nearby Cleveland Clinic tomorrow and chose a great place for dinner. After a little snafu at the front getting a seat, the service was outstanding. Sherry was excellent even helping us with a to go order. We had the RIBS which were tasty and we had a Caesar salad with blackened salmon. Everything was so filling! Delicious and HIGHLY recommend!!

The food is always amazing but the service on Sunday wasn’t that great. The host on Sunday Amiria was absolutely no help. I went to pick up food and she didn’t bother to ask a name and just rushed to the back to grab the food then came back with nothing. She then proceeded to just go on her phone to text. Luckily at least the guy who was with her noticed she was ignoring me to text and was able to help me get the food that was already at the host stand the whole time.

I've been a Flanigan's/Big Daddy's customer for more years than most of you have been alive.....realistically a couple of hundred times, maybe 1 or 2 issues ever. But last night in Westin, Food was awesome, but service was better, thanks Sherry! ?

My husband and are were visiting from another state. We sat at the outside bar twice and 1x at the inside bar area. The first day we had Chris and he was awesome!! The second time we had Jillian and she wouldn’t speak to me or make eye contact with me. My husband asked if there was a gluten free menu and she said no. Then he asked her for the happy hour menu and she relied that there was nothing gluten free in there and didn’t give it to him. A little later when she finally came back outside my husband asked her what her name was then all of a sudden there used to be a GF menu and she spoke to me and made eye contact, but only after he asked her what her name was. We put a food order in and kept waiting and waiting and she never put it in for us. Taylor came and was nice and retook our order for us.
The next time we came the girl was nice, but service was extremely slow and I felt like we were being over looked a lot. We ordered the famous award winning ribs without the sauce for me because the sauce has gluten and I can’t have it so we got it on the side for my husband. The ribs were burnt and not good. I was very disappointed and didn’t even eat them. As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry as a bartender and server I am not impressed with the service at this restaurant establishment. The outside bar is heavily neglected. It’s dirty, sticky, drink cups sitting all over the place, and it takes so long to get served when you sit there. I think a few of the people that work here don’t care because they automatically get a gratuity added the ticket. People don’t smile a lot or look happy to be working here. The main two that smiled and had good attitudes were Chris & Taylor. If you have dietary restrictions go somewhere else.

I’m not a fan. I ordered the special which was a good deal But The fried shrimp was raw on the inside. They were grey and translucent. The fries were cool (not hot). The salad and garlic butter buns were good though.
I won’t be going back.
