I used curbside pickup to get my son a gift. It was ready way faster than 1 hour as the app stated. It really only took about 20 min. The spaces for pickup are very clearly marked, and checking in is very easy. Once checked in my items were brought out in about 5-10 min. And the employee had a big smile and was very friendly. I highly reccomend this store.

Went in for a watch i saw was available for pick up in an hour if i ordered online. They tried to tell me it would be a couple days because they didn't have any in stock and instead could sell me a different one for almost 4x the price and only got the one i wanted initially to get after i said i was going to leave. When I went to put on my new watch, the strap was too small for me to comfortably wear.

Love Best Buy. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star due to them literally following me and my boyfriend Kenyon like were stealing stuff when we both had thousands of dollars on us. I was wanting to buy stuff for the two of us but there actions made me put the stuff back and we walked out. It makes you want to take something to give ce them a reason.

Went in for a simple appointment with easy questions to be answered at the geek squad. Expecting to find someone friendly and helpful, but instead was met with a totally rude person. Eddie. One of the worst “bedside manners” of any customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. Very condescending and even confrontational.
Could go into details, but don’t have the time.
Impatient and treated me like I was stupid.

I had an incredible experience with a Geek Squad with James leading the team and Jona. I accidentally bought a $600 professional photographers printer and could not figure out how to use it. They not only set it up but then they helped me return it to find a better fit for my family.they spent over an hour the first day and came back within a few days. You don’t get better customer service than thjs

Up until recently, my family and I have had good interactions with employees inside the store and the guys at the geek squad. But, the past few weeks have been a flip. To finish off our week on friday, I purchased a new laptop and wanted to drop it off with them to install stuff. I was told that I had to make an appointment. I said I just wanted to drop it off. And I could pick it up anytime the following week. Again, I was refused. The Soonest appointment was the following Monday. I arrived 10 minutes early. Was told to have a seat. Another person walked up to the counter 10 minutes later and was immediately taken back and helped. We are now 15 minutes past our appointment time... and still waiting... why did I make an appointment?!?

I am and have been for years a frequent shopper at Best Buy, I have an account and shop there for work and for personal items frequently, but for some reason every time I go in there I get followed.
One time when I was buying computer parts, the supervisor Anna E. walked up next to me and pulled an empty package for an apple charger from behind another item and began to accuse me and my wife of stealing (I don't use apple and am a frequent shopper). As someone who has been in loss prevention for years in prior positions I gave her the chance to correct what she said understanding how frustrating theft is, she unfortunately leaned in with her accusation. My wife was so scared and flustered because it was such an outlandish accusation. I told her that she should be careful who she accuses because her and the store risk her position and liability for suits filed against them. Now I get it, they get stolen from a lot, but she really leaned in further and laughed at me when I tried to explain why what she was doing was inappropriate. Then I wasn't having it. I got her name and info and documented the incident by my own means incase she did it again, but she still works there treats people like thieves. She originally denied giving me her name and info, but I believe when she realized I was an actual customer she realized she went to far. I still get followed and have workers literally stand next to me my whole time shopping (Not for customer service reasons).
As a rep for one of the Brands in the store I find this very sad. I hate going to this Best Buy especially when I really need something. I have never been treated like this in other Best Buy's.
The reason I gave it 2 stars insteam of 1 is because the associates in the computer section have been so helpful and kind. They quite literally have saved me from buying parts I do not need. They are very friendly and they have great customer service. I bought my last lap top from them because they were friendly and helpful. As for the other employees that have treated me and my wife so poorly, I'm not sharing this because I want people to get fired, that is actually why I didn't say anything about Anna E. sooner, but since it keeps happening I wanted to speak up hoping that better customer service, loss prevention best practices and interactions are set in place.
