Self help is great. They offer grass seed, wall paint, trim paint, other items you may need for your house. You can also borrow lawn mowers, weed wackers, and blowers. However the number to call does not give you direct access to a team member so make sure you go during office hours so that in case they cannot be reached the housing office can reach them for you. Team members are nice and willing to help.
