This place is horrible. I had a maintenance request for 2 months that was never fixed even after calling 3 times a week. The lease was terminated legally in accordance to state law by my attorney due to unsafe living conditions and failures to repair. NOW THEY'RE PURSUING ME WITH A COLLECTION AGENCY. There has been an incident of gunshots and a car running into a building. The halls to the apartments are never clean. When you do have a maintenance request that's "fixed", typically nothing has every changed, and they just list it as fixed. I can't recommend staying here even though it's incredibly cheap. You get what you pay for. My apartment locks were changed twice within one month. The second time, there was no email and when we got home we couldn't get in. With them being closed on the weekends, we had no way to get in the apartment. This place is a joke. For the love of anything, do NOT live here.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Kelsey Bounds, who has consistently provided exceptional service at our apartment complex! From the very first interaction, it was clear that Kelsey takes immense pride in their work and is genuinely committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all residents.

I lived here several years ago and they had horrible management. They advertised student living on their website and I even had to put in my student information on the application. When I got my roommate assignment and asked for contact info to let them know who I was or try to meet before I moved in I was denied and upon move in found out I would be living with a much older woman, who also had been living there by herself for a year and was given no knowledge that a new roommate was moving in. Both of us were unhappy with how it was handled and thank god she was a nice person to live with, but this complex does not have the safety of students in mind and will offer no genuine help or concern. After finding out this morning there was a deadly shooting here I am not surprised. They advertise a gated community, yet they always leave the gates open and I made several calls to 911 about domestic fights in the parking lot. Do not let your kids move in here with random roommates, I promise you’ll regret it.

The security there is the most awful people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. They had the nerve to look at my 5’2 140lb daughter and tell her that she was not allowed to sit on HER car trunk while waiting on friends to arrive. This apartment complex is horrendous, tow trucks towing people with parking passes, administration refusing to give extra parking passes for students with multiple vehicles, even after offering to pay a larger than normal amount. If you are considering moving your child here for school LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! It is extremely distasteful that this place asks us for so much money but the moments the parents leave they treat your student like they are scum.

I enjoy living here, the staff is friendly and the community is not noisy, it pet friendly and feels like home but I am a little disappointed that they took down the basketball nets in the gym because it was one of the features that caught my family’s attention with them all playing sports for in school especially my daughters who play basketball for Auburn school system.

Scammers bro, don't even attempt to live here. Don't live here if you have any pets either. Purposely set you up just to give you unneccessary fees when it's time to move out. Things that have already been in the apartment that is messed up, they will charge you for and the manager isn't much help either. All lies. Asked for maintenance for a few things and they don't even respond fast enough for you to even have it fixed before inspection. If you want to live here, then take photos of everything, even the bill. They will get over on you.
