Tried to report elder abuse, the lady that answered the phone just transferred me without a word. No “one moment”, “I’m transferring you”, nothing. Of course, I didn’t get an answer either.

These people are the rudest most unhelpful people that I have ever spoken to
They are not here to help people. They are there to draw a paycheck and NOTHING more
It seems that they are on the side of the ones putting citizens at risk and do not care about the citizens that are being put at risk!!!!! What I say is a fact I had to find out from experience with them they are a complete JOKE!!!!!

When I call, the lady that picks up the phone is Always Always Always rude to me!! I don’t know her personally....but I pray that the chip she has on her shoulder is worked out quickly. My worker will not return my calls, and at this point.....I’m pretty much done with this situation. I was told in order to talk to my worker, I should come fill out a blue form. I’m sure they have Big case loads, a lot going on....but this is the job you wanted to do. I plan to file a formal complaint to both of their supervisors. This is ridiculous!!!!!

This is not what “doing you job” is all about . Youre suppose to be helping the parents. & i really dont see where theyre helping the parents at all . They must hate their job . Bc the way they treat people . It looks like they just in it for the money .

Rudest, least helpful people I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. No care whatsoever for the fathers having to go through these people. They have no method of record keeping and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.
