I had so much fun volunteering at the REAP Climate Center this summer. I've been attending Sunday volunteer days and some Wednesdays. Every-time I volunteer there is something new to do. The friendly staff does a great job training you for the project your working on and checking in when needed. I recommend saying hi to the sheep when you take a water break or checking out the mushroom pit for any growth. So cool to be fighting climate change in Alameda and beyond!

Great Place to visit, so much potential that they are growing! A lot to learn, work on, and discover. I really liked the huge spinning rock towards the front, something very relevant to my own art/work. Went for the Pig Roast, will definitely return for the ag, maker spaces, and classes they plan on holding.
