Not a lot of people. You can go around the whole park for about an hour or so. There's some history related to the area from the Native American days, gold rush and contemporary history.

Good place to walk your pup. Be aware of the days when the park is closed! Usually Mondays and Tuesdays.

This place is magical. Been hiking here for over a year. Today we attended a celebration of life. Although sad, as we honored and paid tribute to an Army Veteran and an NPS law enforcement ranger, family and friends gathered here because he too, felt the magic of this park and loved it. Highly recommend it to all. Pet friendly, but must be leashed to protect pet and wildlife.

We love this place. The caretaker, Dave, does an awesome job taking care of over 400 acres. Restrooms are clean. Benches all along the trails & doggie poopbags for dogs are available with waste cans. Pretty impressive for our mountain area. A nice large pond. And it's still a work in progress.

Underrated in my honest opinion. Nice small trails to take if you've neglected your Yosemite reservation or have made the last minute trip and need to wait for the all access hours to the larger parks.
