They're Very Bad, at scheduling appointments. I had an appointment at 1:00pm, yet they switched it to 11:30am without my knowledge. This is my 4th reschedule, I'm not sure what it is, but clearly they don't care. I am having to redo my entire application and I am not happy about it. Though I had grit my teeth, and had gotten a bit frustrated I immediately calmed down and apologized, though the lady behind the desk was rude and gave me a very disrespectful tone and look while informing me I need to reapply for my EBT. I don't normally write reviews, but this was beyond infuriating.

I have never been so frustrated. Voice log in does not work, but takes forever. When the system finally says wait for next worker, it hangs up on me! I have wasted an hour on this, but I must speak to someone. This is awful!
