I want to give them all the stars because staff is very pleasant however the swimming pool was very cold, I guess either they don’t heat it or the heating element is broken? We still had a good time though.

My husband and I were in town on a road trip and we have the nationwide membership. We stopped in for a work out and were so glad we did! The front desk staff was very nice and gave us a tour and a lock to use for the locker! The gym is very spacious and had substantial area to lift with multiple racks. There is also an outdoor area with pull up bars and a meditation yurt! Great facility! Highly recommend if you live in Hot Springs or are traveling through with a YMCA Nationwide membership!

Nice staff, great gym (weight lifting) facilities, nice court. Haven't used the pool so can't comment on that. It's not a new facility, but for it's age, it's kept up well. Personally I think it's a bit pricey...but there are a lot of programs and options.

I came here 4days ago and the older lady at the front desk was so rude and very mean she talked to my husband with a very rude attitude towards him because we are not from hot springs we stay 30 minutes away and she said we can’t not come here no more because our membership is with Memphis Tennessee ymca but we been coming here for a year now so I’m I made a decision not to ever come back because she was rude y’all might see him but not me cause I don’t do rude

Ladies the front desk was very rude , they made up rules as the day went by, the proceed to laugh and make jokes at myself and my sister whom was with me. The older lady at the front kept screaming about how she is retired as if she didn’t have to work there then my question is why be there. Horrible experience sad part is for the nice rate it would be a good place to go but I’d rather spend more then ever deal with that type of treatment again in my life

Love the staff and they have always been good to us. I was confronted by the CEO Mr. Davin tonight at the entrance for wearing a tank top to work out in. He said I needed to “cover up” or “wear something more appropriate to work out in.” He offered me a long sleeve shirt- what a joke! I have worn a tank top (that covers everything, not a muscle shirt) and shorts for 3-5 days a week for the last 4+ years- mostly because of the constant heat in the gym. So we cancelled our family membership tonight and will never darken the door again, because of the way this “professional” handled the situation. There are plenty of adequate gyms (that are certainly less expensive and cooler) in this town. We will miss the mostly friendly staff and the friends we have made.

I WOULDN'T GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. The employees are rude, the facility is disgusting, they never clean the pool or the play palooza. Also the palooza is falling apart, becoming a major heath problem for the youth members. I am mortified every time I walk in here. Don't go here. It's awful.
