Overall this is a great organization that offers so many helpful services for the community.

They have an in house pharmacy, diversion team, MAT program, a program for children, therapists, psychiatrists, you name it..

They have so many great programs!
Such a great organization! They have helped so many individuals and families in need it is wonderful!

All of the staff and doctors and therapists are really nice and understanding and talk u in a simple manner and explain everything to where you can understand it. I really appreciate them for how well they are doing with my son as well as myself

OBH has been of strong benefit to my child's needs for years. However, they have a high turnover of prescribers. APRN's from what I recall. My son's current prescriber, Dr. Hall is poor at listening, big on assumptions. This is not professional. She is a psychiatrist, yet all the APRN's were better at listening, considering, and ultimately concluding. She's only been at OBH for a little over a year and will already be leaving. Her last day is October 14th. I hope she learns to listen, discern properly. She's obviously academically accomplished. She's younger, and perhaps she needs more time practicing her craft.
I value OBH. They have primarily helped my precious child. It's only very recent there's been any problem in the many years of treatment at OBH.
Not all professionals are professional. Though most are, thankfully.

The nurses purposely Ignore your phone calls I called from my normal number and they wouldn't answer for 3 calls I call from a different device and they answered. I was instructed that I was allowed to take a supplement and I had been taking it the entire time I was under their care. I was then placed on meds that can cause detox if you stop taking it. They put it on it! Then all of a sudden with no explanation they deny me and close my chart. Do not send you kids or family here please.
