I recently had a tooth extracted at Community Health Center of Yavapai County in Cottonwood. Dr Flores and her assistant Patti did an excellent, pain free procedure that left me stunned at what high quality dental care is. These two calm, confident professionals nearly eliminated my anxieties, explained every step of the procedure and most importantly, the aftercare steps to quick pain free recovery. Because of Dr Flores and Patti, I now have a high-quality dental team that exceeds my expectations and has earned my recommendation.

Willa is awesome. Needs a raise. Very receptive, empathetic, efficient, straightforward, action-oriented, concise, and follows through. My newly assigned PCP was nice enough, however cannot recommend this facility.

Most folks at least attempt to be helpful, but I will not be entrusting my health or wellbeing with this facility after my experiences. Well meaning, some nice pleasant, professional people, but found the staff to be either misinformed, incompetent, or flat out unhelpful. Very poor experiences.

Wasted time, energy, and squandered time on a job related visit where they should’ve told me up front they could not provide the service I needed, but instead did the visit only to get the run around later and would need to contact a different facility. Complete waste of time. Do not recommend.

Dr. Flores and her team are top notch professionals. From explaining the procedures needed to listening to my needs, they are in tune with quality and affordable care. The front office team is also friendly and very helpful and responsive, dealing with difficult healthcare issues.

Cottonwood Office

Waited over an hour in the exam room even do we had an appointment. We came in 20 minutes early like they requested and still made us wait. I wish someone would of came in and explain why the wait but no one did. They honestly don't care or value anyones time. Save yourself a trip 👎

Called at 4.30pm on a Friday. Website said they are open until 5pm! No one answered my call even though I was placed on hold for 30 minutes!!! So sad!

The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful, and super rude for no reason. I came inside to ask questions about the birth certificate form for my son, because its important stuff to me. She was very cold, short and rude. She told me everything was perfect and was all good to be turned in, she even made the photo copy of my ID for me. Two weeks later I get the form back in the mail, stating the photo copy that their own worker took is not clear, so I got denied and have to redo everything. Hopefully, when I go in to fix her mistake I wont have to deal with her. This place is horrible, and I dread having to go here. They do not care about locals at all, and have no sense of community.

I am very happy with my visit here. NP Anthony is personable and kind. She listened to my concerns and ordered the lab tests I need. The receptionist and medical assistant were also very nice.
