Gave single star just to be able to leave a review. The employees here are so nice BUT the owner operator goes out of her way, comes out of her office to scream at my 3 year old daughter every time we are here. Every time. Clearly need the help or wouldn’t have ever come back. My poor kid is just doing as instructed and has a completely psychotic stranger jump down her throat screaming…again, 3 year old girl. Don’t know why this woman is a bully and hates kids but she leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the church they’re attached to. It makes me wonder if any other forms of abuse are happening there. “They will know we at Christian by our love”. All I’ve seen here is hate and anger. Would shut this place down if I had the authority, please anyone reading this who may have some juice, cut funding or replace her. If needing help for family, don’t come here or at the very least come alone(no kids) and be ready to bow to this woman. Good luck.

Me and my family have fallen on hard times as everyone has. We are one income family with three young children, two of which I stay home with full-time. It takes a lot of strength for me to leave the house alone with my children. I struggle with short-term memory and extreme ADHD . But my family desperately needs groceries and food. So I prayed and build up the strength and took my kids out of the house by myself and headed to the food bank. I walked in, and I was told to take a number and sit down which I did. Years ago in a different city I had to visit the food bank two different times. Both places were two different locations. Both places also had shelves near the seating, with snacks, and items that you could take freely as needed. At this location today, they had Christmas things such as chocolate advent calendar’s, a couple little holiday stuffed animals, and gift wrapping accessories, etc. My children were interested obviously in the bag of shiny Christmas bows and little elf stuffed animals. within the first minute of being there I was snapped at, not in a kind way, that my children needed to get away from the shelving and all not to touch the items displayed (I 100% was sure it was there for us to take…it was literally touching the waiting room chairs faced towards everyone) . I didn’t understand why but I immediately got up and grabbed my children, which clearly made both of them upset . my 2 year old Daughter started screaming, because she really wanted that little chocolate advent calendar with the big snowman on it. my heart started to race, and The tears started to swell in my eyes, so I left. I’m driving around, hoping to find another place that will give us food for at least the next two weeks… we just need some help to get by. Super disappointed by this experience.

The volunteers here are very nice. And I'm sure they're very good to the people who come there from help. When I go there to drop off food or hygiene products there is always someone at my car before I'm even out of it to help unload

Excellent non-profit. Small and personal. Very helpful when you drop off donations and they are always smiling and very grateful for whatever you bring them. And they are all volunteers and not like the big store charities like Salvation Army and Goodwill stores and that have brick and mortar locations all over and employees that cost millions of dollars a year just to operate before anything is given to those in need.

Love love this place my favorite ladies are there and they always fill my trunk with good food and love if I need anything all I have to do is ask sending hug hugs to this place and so glad god brought me here he knew I needed these friends to help me get through the month
