I found my family here at this church! Every service the Lord SHOWS UP! Holy Spirit is allowed to move freely, and He does! The worship is Spirit-led and amazing and the teachings of our pastors are also Spirit-led and amazing! Everyone who serves here has the heart of Christ. Center City is grounded in the truth of God's Word and my pastor is not afraid to preach a hard word. People at this church have made me feel so loved and cared for and seen and I have made forever friends here. The people here at Center City Church are doing life with you and will fight WITH you and FOR you in prayer and walk along side of you. If you are looking for a church home and a family in Christ and you want to hear and learn truth and be in awe of God's majesty during worship and have an encounter with Jesus Christ, come check out our church and become part of the family! When we first walked into Center City Church 3 years ago, my Spirit felt at home. I have experienced God in such an amazing and loving way these last 3 years and I have watched my family thrive and grow. We have been loved on and poured into, and given so many opportunities to pour into others. That day in June I felt like we had come home and our lives have been forever blessed and changed. My husband, kids and I have experienced so much goodness through the hands and feet of Jesus that are at work through this church. I am so excited for what God is doing in the whole church of Altoona and grateful that we get to be a part of it through Center City.

I am from Bedford and drive past many churches to get to center city. Why? Because God is there and He is totally in charge. The environment is filled with the fruits of the Spirit. The love you feel before you even get inside is incredible. You probably will be hugged immediately. Excellent Children’s program. I’ve grown a lot in my faith since attending over the past year.

From day 1 of being at this church I have felt at home. The worship music is beautiful. The pastors are inspiring. The church community is amazing. The youth and teen ministries are top notch and all the kids have a great bond. The men’s ministry has weekly prayer groups and allows us to share and sharpen each other. Every person cares for you and wants you to have a personal relationship w God. Center City Church is much more than a Church. Center City Church is a FAMILY! I encourage anyone and everyone to come and see for yourself. You will be welcomed w open arms.

Love Serve Repeat that is at the core of this beautiful church family. You will be welcomed with open arms, your first time, and it will feel like home. Please come and experience the Holy Spirit move, like never before. You won’t be disappointed, in fact you will want to come again and again!! I love the congregation and they love me. It’s a come as you are church that will love you enough not to leave you there. The pastors are anointed and know how to lovingly guide, push, and correct you. Extremely wise counsel with Jesus as the cornerstone and the Holy Spirit as the leader. Sprit filled and Spirit led. The church has a ton of places to serve, great teaching, small groups, and they love giving back to the community in multiple ways. If you’re church shopping, I highly encourage you to visit or at the very least, watch a service on Facebook or YouTube. When they say “welcome home” they mean it!!!
