I am not a person who writes reviews to often, But as a retired combat veteran, when I find something that will benefit my brother and sister veterans, I must let everyone know. Warrior Bonfire Program is without question an amazing and effective retreat for Combat wounded purple heart veterans. I can say it was the most therapeutic and enjoyable event I have ever attended for combat wounded veterans. Warrior Bonfire changed my life. It helped me keep my promise to never forget my fallen brothers & sisters. If you are a Purple heart recipient, this is the retreat for you. If you are a supporter of your military and of veterans and you can donate in any way to help support this amazing organization, please do, your donation will help support a combat wounded Purple Heart recipients recovery.

I went on a Warrior retreat with the Warrior Bonfire Program. They flew me to Minnesota and I spent three days with 5 other Purple Heart Recipients. We eat like Kings, played like Ballers and met some of the best Americans. We also shared things that we haven't shared with anyone outside of the few people we were with in combat. It was therapeutic and enlightening. I strongly recommend the Warrior Bonfire Program!

I've had the privilege to be selected for a few of the Warrior Bonfire Program events. The leadership has been overwhelmingly supportive of each veteran at an individual level as the group level.

There have been moments in my personal life where I reached out to the Warrior Bonfire Leadership to help get me through some rough patches and received exactly the support and love I needed.

The events themselves are well-planned and led by Veterans who know the struggles many of us face because they face them too. The location hosts are amazing people who truly understand what it means to be proud of their accomplishments and blessings. These hosts are amazing men and women and know full well what it means to give back deeply from the heart.

I went on a trip to CO and was blown away by how well I was treated by the organization. Unlike another well known organization, Warrior Bonfire Program actually gets wounded veterans (not people who were hurt in the gym overseas) together to meet, bond, and share in their stories, their lives, what works in the recovery, and what hasn't worked so far in their recovery. There is no flashy media spin to anything. It is down to earth, real people talking about life while doing some fun stuff. If you received a Purple Heart, if you are looking for a way to connect, or reconnect with military members in a fun and constructive way, Warrior Bonfire Program might be the place for you. I suggest you check it out.
