The environment is friendly and inviting, fostering a sense of community among resident and staff alike. There’s ample opportunity for engaging in activities and social interaction whether it’s arts and craft or karaoke.

I must also commend the therapy department for their exceptional care and attention to individual needs to improve quality of life for these residents.

Overall, I highly recommend Hillside to anyone seeking a nurturing and vibrant community for their loved ones. Keep up the fantastic work!

Hillside has some of the best staff I’ve encountered in a long time! The administrative team is very accommodating and willing to communicate about patient needs to ensure the best care possible for their residents. Nursing, dietary, custodial staff, etc have all been so nice and helpful. The therapy staff is so attentive and caring, willing to communicate with families and residents as needed to ensure goals are achieved. Quality care is of the utmost importance at Hillside and it shows!

This facility is very deceiving by the pictures online. The staff is very confrontational. Not all but the ones I talked with were but it was more conflict than a pleasant visit. Everybody possess to be so busy but doing what is to be be done for the residents. When your loved one goes to a facility it doesn't feel good at all and you try to be supportive and pleasant to staff and you get treated like you don't have a right to support your family in a respective way. You reach out to the social worker, administrator no one calls you back. Not all the employees there are like that but it more very attitudinal ones than good ones. It smells horrible in there. People walking in and out without masks, you can't tell staff from residents. Osha, joint Commision, and infection prevention/control all need to come and see what's going on. My family member was there for a month and half and that month did not make me feel good at all. Only four people that I saw treated her well besides getting meds. The owners of this facility needs to be fined and this building need to be shut down. Is this what the Medical facility had come too. No compassion, no integrity. Nothing in this facility says rehabilitation at all, it says Institution in a bad way. This was my first experience with a facility and this was truly horrible for my family member and for me being this was my Mother. Thank for your lack of concern, and lack medical support. Your slogan should be you send and we finish them.

Hillside is growing and better than ever! The residents are one of a kind. Staff are striving to be the best they can be and the administrative team is working endlessly to be present, attentive and working together to always have Hillside be a safe happy home for the residents and a home away from home for all employees.

I came during the Christmas holiday to have Bible study with family- member that is housed there. Loved the experience with her the staff was helpful in getting us setup. God bless the staff and everyone there.

I had to spend way more time here than I wanted to. Silver lining, of all the nursing homes the hospital could have set me up with, this one was incredible. The stories I have heard from my friends about other nursing homes made me very concerned. Hillside made it as simple and painless as possible. They helped me with my plan for when I left, and the whole time I was there I was taken care of by the staff and team to such an extent, I was properly impressed.
