I submitted the pre application and when I was finally contacted by someone to schedule a call to complete the application process, they first rescheduled the day before the appointment, then just didn't call at all during the scheduled time the second time. They said that my phone "kept going to voicemail," although I was waiting by my phone the whole time and I didn't get any calls or voicemails. When trying to schedule a third time, the first time they offered was inconvenient for me so I asked if there were any other times available, and they did not respond. After waiting over two hours for a reply, I just accepted the time they offered. They still did not reply. They obviously did not call, either, and it has been 6 days and I still have not gotten any reply despite attempts to contact them. The phone lines I call are busy all day every day. It might be a great program, but I will never know if I can't get past your inconsiderate, unresponsive employee who is supposed to be helping me apply.
