Horrible wait times, arrive 15 mins early for scheduled appointment like they ask, then sit for over a hour not being told anything, then wonder why patients are upset! The nurse didn't even know why we were being seen, had to tell her a urine sample needed done for appt. She says oh I didn't know anything about it! Can't begin to explain how angry and disappointed I am with this office

Came here for years and still don't have answers. Used to be able to message the doctor, but now the nurses constantly close down the conversation and shut the messaging down. They do their best to make sure the doctors don't get to see the messages that are sent. I have been given an attitude by the nurses previously as well. It's really gone downhill. The whole MyLGHealth system is a joke now.

Dr. Moreno is wonderful. He is helpful, patient and caring. The best pcp I have ever had. Office staff and nurses are nice too.

I wish they would do a way with the middle person, so it goes right to the receptionists and nurses at the office. Because it's too much calling around, and the information isn't getting to the provider or nurse that you're wishing to talk to, it gets lost, and then the patient isn't treated in a rightfully manner.

Dr . Kerry is amazing I’ve had him since 2014 and has always find solutions to my health problems , he’s very very patient lol & blessed to have him as my doctor. All the staff are great , patient & very kind !!

I can not express how well I was treated by Dr. Nissley. He has opened up a way for me to receive the proper care I needed after 3 years of searching and being neglected by other physicians. I haven't trusted anyone in years and he is the only person with integrity , morals, and sympathy, who has cared enough to targeted my needed areas. It has been a blessing for me and this was my first visit. The staff are really great. They're warm, kind and welcoming. It's like a day at Chick-fil-a, just with health care. I started going to this office before it became LG Health. I was able to call and talk to staff, and even get appointments on the same day at times! Ever since they switched to LG Health, it’s TERRIBLE! A month or two wait for an appt. Days before a call back… it’s not the same place anymore…
