There was literally no wait we were the only people in the waiting area besides one other lady. Why is there know body there ? Do people really do everything online now or what? I got helped rather quickly but not as quick as I thought with nobody there I had to wait like 30 minutes still. I got what I needed done it took rather long time to pick up my EBT card replacement.

OMG, I am speechless when it comes to appreciating their work. they are amazing team members , if there is more than 5 stars I will definitely put for them. They are very nice people working very hard to help everyone. My benefit have been cutting because some errors had been made by Others Government entities and the case manager she work about 3 hours to solve all my issues, God bless you all Ameen

This office is fast friendly and better service than many I have visited. Went at 1pm on a Monday and was in and out by 2:30. Those that deal with DSHS frequently know how hard that is.

I recommend this one...also the workers put me at ease under stand my struggles and care.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude. she didn't even look at me while I talked, she stared at the computer screen and proceeded to answer my question before I even asked. She gave me 3 answers before she even heard my question, none of which were correct because she wasn't listening. Then when I asked the wait time she said" it's usually around an hour"... So is it an hour "usually". Why do you work in a customer service position that works with people in crisis if you clearly don't give a damn about anyone but yourself.

My 88 year young mother ebt benefit was 23.00 then she got a letter saying it changed to 291.00 a month. We went down there and approached them, why it went up. It end up being "their" mistake. My mom was happy to she was at least going to get some food now, but totally deeply saddened when we found out DSHS made a mistake. They should really double-check things before using that send button, it only upsets me as the POA for mom and upsetting her as well.

Dude at the front counter is in need o serious customer service skills, homey would be fired anywhere else for how he talks to humans. He actually told a guy "you're not memorable enough for me to recognize you." And d"on't get an attitude" yesterday I heard no more than three people complain about him. Dude people there are there for help not your apathy. This guy needs to just be relegated to cleaning the microwave. I don't care if it's too much if your job makes you mean leave it. If your job is too much find an easier one. But silent quitting and taking it out on others in ANY fashion especially in a place like this is BAD learn to empathize. Mose folks are legitimately trying to get help and you aren't really.

These services are a blessing for those that are truly in need of them. Just have patience and slowly work through your needs to get what you and your family needs to be successful with the challenges we face in the system. Patience and honesty will work for anyone needing these services, without either the struggle will get the best of you.
