While building a home in Baxter Village, our family took several months to visit all of the churches in the area. We found Carolinas Cornerstone to be a friendly welcoming church in the Fort Mill area. Whether you are dressed in jeans/t-shirt or a dress, there is a comfortable welcome kind of feeling at the church. The praise music is excellent, and Pastor Barry has a Bible-based heart-warming message carefully prepared every Sunday, usually around a theme for the month. You will also find a dynamic group of ladies who attend an uplifting retreat at the beach every spring, an awesome children’s ministry, men’s groups, and relevant life groups offered nearly every day of the week. When I moved to the Fort Mill area a year ago I was looking for a bible believing church with preaching that would help me grow in my Christian walk. After visiting eight churches I stumbled upon Carolinas Cornerstone because I was running late to another church and saw they had an 11:00 service, so I decided to give it a try even though I had not checked it out online first. After attending for a few weeks I didn’t want to search for another one. This church gave me exactly what I was looking for. It is a warm, welcoming church family that truly cares about each other and a preacher who preaches with passion. Thank you, Pastor Barry, for all you do for our church family. Amazing church! Pastor Barry Yates sacrifices so much time energy and money to build Gods Kingdom and help others. He is amazing! He will go to the end of the earth to love, encourage and help others. He has blessed my family and so many others. He is a pleasure to be around all of the time.

We have been members of Carolinas Cornerstone Church for over two years and have found it to be a wonderful church family.
