I am so excited to see this location open!! I started my journey with PFP and Chris Johnson over 3 years ago. I was an inactive mom of 5, far from an athlete and dealing with some heavy mental health issues. God used PFP the gym and the lovely people to, without exaggeration, turn my life around. I now do things in the gym I wouldn’t have thought possible but more importantly, I’m more confident, at peace, and living in my purpose. So much of that is thanks to the investment of Chris and others like him on the PFP team who saw me as a person, knew my name and believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. As a mom I’m so grateful for the impact they have had in my kids lives as well. People of all ages can benefit physically, mentally and spiritually by being apart of the PFP family!! PFP is a one of a kind place and is definitely way more than just a gym!!

PFP is wonderful. I was nervous about starting the gym because i am an adult. Coach Chris has guided me through every exercise on my workout plan so I know the safe way to perform the exercise. I have been going to this gym for about three weeks now. This week, I can feel the difference. I highly recommend this gym.

After having trained at both the Frederick and Eldersburg locations, my wife and I were so excited to hear PFP would be opening a Westminster location. After needing to take a break for over a year, it is so great to be back in the gym! I am extremely satisfied with my progress so far and the personalized plan and attention I get at PFP. It changed my life before, I am hoping it will again.

I've been at PFP for over 10 years now! I wouldn't want to be at any other gym. From as soon as you walk in the door you're greeted with contagious energy. All the way through the workout the trainers are amazing and encouraging. Then the community that you'll be invited in to is life changing and is definitely something you want to be a part of!!

The team at PFP is absolutely amazing! They have helped me regain my health and I am stronger & healthier than I have ever been. Whether you’re new to fitness and don’t know where to begin, tried everything on your own to no avail (like me), or looking for help for a specific fitness goal, this is your team! The class sizes are small and the trainers are attentive and knowledgeable, providing individual programs for everyone’s unique fitness goals. Class times are convenient and scheduling is so easy and flexible. My kids also love their athlete program and have seen significant improvement in their performance and overall confidence. 10/10 highly recommend!!
