Excellent customer service. 3 people waited on me all at once. Each was dillegent with get their task completed. They showed compassion and took the time to explain how everything worked. They should change the name to Spartanburg Shares & Cares!

I have a dear friend in Spartanburg that has been struggling with hip pain for months. Multiple exams, MRIs, therapies, etc. and surgery seems to be the only possible solution left. Ok, FINE, let's do it! Oh but wait, you need this, that and whole bunch of money before we can figure out if your insurance will approve it, and then it could be months until... *grrrr*

Meanwhile, my friend has been unable to work and is now to the point where just getting to bathroom is impossible without assistance. I searched today, hoping to find a wheelchair for her to borrow and found Spartanburg Shares. What a Godsend you are! My friend now has a wheelchair and is able to maneuver around her home to accomplish things most of us take for granted. My Amazon Smiles account is set to donate a portion of my purchases to you and I'm encouraging everyone I know to support this amazing non-profit organization however they can.

A great place to borrow medical equipment that is so expensive & not always covered by insurance. The staff are helpful & understanding. The selection of items changes quickly. They will help you with whatever you need. It's totally free!

Me and my caretaker just went there and it's Tuesday and it says they are open but they was not than I sent a email and it returned to me saying it's a unknown email. So is this place closed? I'm looking for a wheelchair and a shower chair
