Very bad, an inspection needs to be done here. Staff is taking all the donations. Everything is kept in bad shape (bathroom, beds, etc.), and they don't even practice hospitality. And to top it all off, they confiscate your devices before bed time, no earbuds, so while we (the homeless) are trying to sleep we have to listen to them laughing and yelling at sports all night. understand this is a homeless shelter, so the standard is very low, but you can at least be nice to struggling people, take care of the facility, and allow us to bring headphone so we can at least sleep.

This was a beautiful experience. My family volunteered on Thanksgiving for the 1st time. It was a reminder of how thankful we are and how thankful people should be for each other.

Just couldn't get the energy to make dinner. The Cristmas dinner was great. I felt bad but left a great monetary donation. I hope to do more next year. The people were wonderful, also. Thank you...

Why use a charged word such as "Salvation" an then work your darndest to not help your fellow man. This organization is deplorable, with workers who look as miserable about being there, as the clients they are hired to serve. The building internally looks like the streets. I guess this is to keep "guest" from being traumatized about actually being indoors. The night staff are rude, contankorrus, and just altogether unpleasant.
And the dinners are sparsely constructed without thought, rhyme, or reason.
Why claim to help homeless people by mirroring the same treatment and disrespect that society, law enforcement, and public policy seems adapt in reminding them that they have no place, function, civil liberties, or meet basic human requirements to be allowed to call themselves human beings.

Getting a bed is like playing the lottery there. (Nightly) You have to show up hours before actual check-in time to get your name on the list, then come back to see if you made the cut couple hrs later.(some of the check-in staff plays God deciding who they will put on the list) I’ve personally witness the staff kick people out in the middle of the night for minor infractions. Using the vending machine is like committing a SIN there. Terrible Place.
