I've had an awful time dealing with these people. They are hard to reach, difficult to work with, and certain employees have a serious attitude problem. Management needs to fix some issues

I've never got help specifically from this place but I have called to ask questions and they are phenomenally more helpful and kind than the main Harrison office. I would rather talk to them any day I really wish that they covered Harrison not just outside of Harrison. It is almost not worth it to work with the other group unless you are desperate. This group of people do seem a lot better and like they actually want to help.

I can’t say enough about how great this program is. The amount of work they put in to help individuals with learning the entire process is astounding. They have been a big part of helping people in the community.

Worst management experiences ever. They refuse to wear a mask inside your apartment and write you up over it if you don't provide a doctor's note immediately, even if you are unaware. Took 2 months to fix a front door that wouldn't stay closed. We weren't allowed to fix it ourselves. Mold in the apartments. They are rude, unprofessional and incompetent.
