This is the worst love's i've ever been to they never have food ready the daytime management is terrible. They're always out of things at Subway. There's never pizzas made, especially in the morning there is a guy that works at night. That is so stoned, he absolutely cannot make a sandwich

I'm updating this post because, corporate sincerely responded and is correcting the issue.

This store's customer service has gone downhill. Mostly because of one lady that I won't name. I go to this store everyday if not every other day to buy fuel and cigarettes. I spend about $2000.00 per month. When I buy cigarettes I have to show my ID even though most of the employees know me. No big deal I just scan my ID and go on with my day. But today after scanning my ID this lady was not having it. She asked to see my ID. Sure, no problem I pull out my ID so she can read it. But she insisted she had to hold it and I replied no, covid is going around and you do not need to touch my ID. She then said then I'm refusing to service you and kicked me out. Even the manager that checks me out over 50 percent of the time supports her decision. So much for having a local community store not supporting their everyday local customers. What a shame.

The toothless cow behind the counter was incredibly rude and kept making up store policies just for the sake of power tripping. I have stopped at this store routinely for over 3 years, and none of these made up policies existed before today. I have never had an issue with any of the workers before today.

Crystal the night girl has a bad attitude. Have met her twice with rude service and lies. Apparently they have been out of marinara since 4 this afternoon according to the night manager. Would love to have an inquiring on how many sandwiches were sold with marinara today. Horrible service and have been going here for years. Will not be back be cause of her.

This Loves is managed with care and purpose. The bathrooms are always clean, because the employees take the time to check them and clean them. I seldom enter this store without being greeted with a hello. If coffee or food is not there employees will gladly make you what you need with an apology for having to wait.And last but not least Morgan is a Manager worthy of the title she has been given. Every time I’m lucky enough to see her, her smile and great attitude make my day!!!

My favorite Love's Country Store!
My daily coffee stop, my go-to early morning salad fix, you always have fresh fruits, and of course loves has their own spring water!
The staff here is some of my favorite people! They will tell me everyday, see you tomorrow, and they know unless it's sunday, I'll be there.
And once in awhile on a Sunday I'll drop in! I'm always grateful to be able to get my early morning fruits with my coffee and my water and take my salad to go for lunch when I need, thanks for the convenience guys!

Every time I come there's never pizza or only 2 pepperoni pizza or cheese. They have always 4 to 6 workers. I come at different times not just lunch and its the same. I asked why don't they keep them coming out especially being next to amazon. Excuse was they have a small 2 teir oven. It's understanding but when your done doing 2 pizzas you know how fast they go put another 2 in and keep them coming.
