I was treated very well yesterday afternoon at the Emergency Room. The Staff was very Professional and the nurses on duty took very good care of me. The Doctor or Nurse Practicener Allison Shepherd was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to solve my problem and the nurses under her knew exactly what to do they made me feel very comfortable because it was not a comfortable situation. There first names where Catlin and Hannah did not catch the other nurses name but they worked together knew exactly what they were doing. The nurse that checked me in didn't catch her name either took my Blood pressure and vital signs knew her Job very well. The Receptionist that checked me in was very kind and knew exactly what she was doing. I recommend Forrest city Medical center. They also had an entertainer come into the Room named Josh Barnett very funny Guy just happens to be my Son

I almost bled to death at this hospital! Checked into the emergency room for a menstrual and tampon issue and the she-doctor had the nerve to judge me for tobacco use but never offered a cup of water or a blanket. They sent me a $1000 bill for a 30 minute visit and then paid it. I was born at this hospital and I thankful mentally. You're forgiven, but I never want to return to St. Francis county again.

This hospital outsources outpatient preregistration to countries outside the United States.
This hospital does not understand that this is how their patients get their personal information stolen.
Please beware of this they use Forrest City numbers, Jonesboro and other states using a pre automated system to ensure you are preregistering your appointments in which you are not talking to Forrest City medical staff for preregistration.
Thank you this needs to stop!! We already have enough with cyber attacks and breaches and this hospital is not doing it due diligence to keep their patients information safe!

The medical records staff is very professional and helpful. I work in an office that has to call for correction and updates and the staff is very prompt. Thank you very much, Erica, Tiarra, and Bianca You all are wonderful!!!!

This hospital should be really ashamed of themselves. I just left tonight from there after having a gallbladder flare up. They took 40 minutes to get me back. Took another 30 minutes to see the doctor. The nurse that was with me was VERY rude. Kept telling me “I can’t do this or that” if I kept “moving” or “breathing” like that. They were no help. They had it made up in their mind that I’m “hospital hopping” trying to get pain medication. Yeah, pain medicine for a GALLBLADDER FLARE UP?! They took urine and drug tested me of course and the nurse was being a smart *** about it as well because I was awoken after having to cry and holler myself to sleep to her saying “Smoking weed can cause stomach pain”. I’m here to figure out why my gallbladder is flaring up and trying to find relieve. This hospital never did me like this until tonight. Another thing, the doctor claimed that Wynne ER would not answer the phone to fax a copy of my CT Scan from the same day (morning) so he asked my husband would he go and get a copy. I was awoken by the doctor after 25 mins and he asks me “Where did you get the “gallstone” story?” I told him St. Bernard’s and Wynne told me. He kept repeating “This CT scan is clean”. My husband wasn’t even back yet. After my husband got back and walked through the doors he called him over and asked him the same thing he asked me. My husband gave him the same response! I will never come here ever again and I’ll never let my family walk into this place either!!!

I came in there with chest pains, side pains & a headache at 33 weeks pregnant on the 18th.. Everyone was fantastic except the triage nurse. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my symptoms as she was typing them in the computer & just seemed like she was having a bad night. If I ever have to come again before I deliver, I will refuse to have her as my intake nurse. She wasn’t professional AT ALL.. all the L&D nurses were awesome & the Dr, but she just was horrible.

They half ass did they job my whole stomach was hurting and my back and chest and they gone say it was a urinary tract infection like we gotta take care of ourselves these doctors can't be trusted they don't give a crap about our well being like at all seriously
