After walking around the inside of the warehouse for nearly 30 minutes being directed by everyone to the wrong area for receiving….finally found the guy that spoke english and drive forklift to unload me. He was super nice…(that’s why I gave two stars instead of one)…. But facility looks poorly managed…

There is one super tight turn around southeast corner of building that has a giant portion of driveway caved in….if you don’t go around this corner at exactly the right spot going both directions you will probably screw up your truck. Cryin shame that no-one can even afford a few bags of rock to dump in there and make it more manageable for truckers.

The corner around the southwest of the building has trees that you WILL hit the top of your sleeper on….again…poor management doesn’t have resources or care to trim those back some….wish I had the balls to just put some big ol’ ruts in their pretty grass.

If you’re delivering here…save some time and go all the way around to the doors that say “RECEIVING DOCK 1” on the west side of the building.

One more thing….paint some damn guide lines on the pavement…. Never been somewhere that has a retaining wall that’s about 10-15 degrees off from perpendicular to the docks….lol. The lines would also really help when delivering in the morning as sun blocks you from seeing docks that well at all!

"Waking up to find yourself morphed into a beetle is no excuse to be late for work."
-Valerie Albemarle and the mindset of FNA.
If you get into a car accident, lose your home, have legal things to take care of you better do it on your break. Making the big wigs money is more important than the workers ants well-being and I will die on that hill.

Stay away from this shipper! Bad management! Their FCFS policy is a joke. It doesn't matter if ur the 1st driver to arrive, you'll be there all day! If your an Owner OP, cancel with broker asap if this is the shipper. You will be there all day. These ass#@*s still have the audacity to get upset when you ask why they're taking so long. There is nothing good to say about this particular shipper including info from the BBB! Do your research for yourself. Owner or corporate office needs to be made aware of this situation. Ya'll been warned!

I was sent to FNA Group in Decatur, AR. by an established truck driving agency which Id worked under for well over a year. Their truck was not worthy of the six runs per day expected of me. The previous driver quit after months of management ignoring dangerous and substandard equipment. Driver before him got stuck with citations he had to pay out of pocket to keep his CDL license and the company assured him reimbursment of the over $600.00 worth of citations the Arkansas Department of Transportation issued on the vehicle, not the driver. He finally gave up as well and quit.
Upon the request of my placement agency, FNA assured them and myself these issues would be resolved quickly upon agreeing to drive for FNA.
Just like previously, it didnt happen. Not only the faulty truck wasnt repaired but if a trailer had a flat, FNA expected me to continue the trailers in service. Only if a tire literally blew out and apart would anything be done. The drive tires on the tractor had bolts in them and one I counted over 50 nails but they ignored my requests for proper maintence.
After several months there the drivers agency phoned me Sunday night stating receipt of an e-mail which said they no longer needed me. No reason. My personal inflation hoses, gauges etc. which I provided in order to operate their equipment was still in the truck. Believe me...when it comes to keeping promises or guarantees, this company simply does not care at all! Lies upon more lies.
At one point I refused to drive...because the mandatory Federal yearly inspections had not been done in over two years. I didnt want to pay their fines if DOT inspected the vehicle. They said they had no idea regarding the requirement? Then why had they done it 3 yrs ago?
Anyway. Failing to look me face to face or even call me to notify me of lost employment was a good thing for me. FNA is to determined to not be fair or responsible for even the smallest federally mandated safety issues, I certainly dont believe they would do any better to their own consumers.
That place isnt reputable in any degree to any aspect of their business! I certainly would not recommend commerce with FNA!

Truck drivers, be prepared to wait... and wait... and wait... 8-10 hrs to get loaded. I arrived 30 minutes early for a 3pm appointment, didn’t get loaded until 8am the next day. Truth.

I own this piece of crap, which is actually made by a company called FNA for DeWalt. I purchased it from Home Depot thinking I was buying a quality piece of equipment, boy was I wrong. The soap injection valve began leaking, and I brought it in to the "repair center" here in Aurora Colorado. After I got it back, it did not spray at all. I took it back and this time they sent it out to be repaired. I received a phone call explaining that the pump is bad and that it will cost me $400 to fix it. I explained that the unit has a 3 year warranty, but they countered and said that it only has a 1 year warranty, I then called FNA (who actually pays/denies claims paid to the Home Depot repair center)..and they said the pump is covered by a 2 year warranty. At that point the unit was about a year and a half old, so I should be good... WRONG. FNA denied the claim because "it falls under normal wear and tear". Whats really crooked, is that the premature pump failure is a known issue. I will NEVER buy a pressure washer from Home Depot or DeWalt again, and I suggest others do the same.

This facility is absolutely ridiculous, they take hours on end to load a truck despite the fact that product is already in the whse and you are on time. Come here and be ready to wait...noticed only one guy does the loading and he is slooow!

I’m a truck driver and got to there gate right on time and had to wait on trucks to get out of my way to get to the docks to check in for my appointment and they told me to put the trailer on a certain dock and and I did and now I’ve been here for 2Hrs and went to ask them what’s taking so long they said I was late so now they are punishing me because they marked me a few minutes late when they know we half to move these trucks around a small yard so hopefully they corrected there attitude and there kiddish game cause I will never come back here agin....
