I was interested in renting an apartment so I called and left a message. Then a week later, another. A week after that I had my mother call, then my son, then my daughter in law. No one called. Finally two weeks later, I received a call. I explained my concerns with how difficult it was to reach anyone. I was told “I guess you don’t need us” and hung up on. ?

My dad rents some rental property in Beebe Arkansas from this lady. The A/C went out so he called and left a message because that's all you can do. They do not answer the phone. 2 days go by no response. I drove out to see My elderly father and he is burning up so Now I Concerned. I call and leave a message explaining the situation and if they can't get an HVAC guy to come I will pay for out of pocket and my dad could deduct off the rent. She then finally calls me back threatening to call the police. Wow! I guess this explains the 1 star ratings. I'm praying for you Cathy

It took them 37 days to bring a new garbage disposal to my unit, after Them telling me that the lease says I can't replace it on my own. Had to spend over $1,000 on eating out because my sink was clogged as well as the dish washer. Couldn't wash my dishes for a month. Sink started leaking and building mold, Son got sick from it. Crazy part about the whole thing is that i hadn't heard anything from management about replacing my disposal until rent was past due the following month. I wasn't offered ANY type of reimbursement for their negligence and was still charged $25 for EVERY SINGLE DAY that rent wasn't in the office after the first.

Eoff Realty and Mini Storage seemed to be owned by the same people!

My mother is 74 years old and one of the nicest people I know and was treated so disrespectful by Eoff Realty! She is retired and wanted to rent and apartment on Kamak. She is currently out of state taking care of me, her daughter, after having 2 surgeries.

She was sent the online application and authorization form for a background check via email to fill out. I helped her and then used e-signature to sign per the instructions and submitted.

Today she was told she was denied because she wasn't there to sign the forms in person! My sister had even dropped off the money the day before to pay the fee to run everything - why would she need to pay anything if she was going to be denied because she was not there in person. In essence they stole $40 from my mother if they knew she would be denied by not being there in person to sign forms!!

In addition, she talked to the woman in the office (she believes her name is Cathy) once today and once yesterday by phone. Today my mother was told she was harassing her by calling – once!!! My mom tried to explain she just wanted an update, and the women rudely told her she was not there to sign the papers so she was denied.

My mom told her she was just trying to understand why she paid money if she would be denied and could have come in person had she known. The woman was so disrespectful that my mom finally told her she was being rude and hung up.

I am so thankful my mother is not renting from a place that treats people like this!!! We definitely dodged a bullet.

Honestly I think one star is too generous. I don't recommend ever renting anything from Eoff. They have crazy ridiculous rules, like how we rented an apartment from them and they told us we weren't allowed to have company unless they told us it was ok first. Plus, our apartment was in horrible shape when we moved in, but they refused to fix anything, even when the electricity in the kitchen just completely stopped working. There was a wiring problem. When we moved out, the Eoff repairman came by, hit a electric outlet outside the apartment with a wrench, and the electric flickered back on. Plus, the heater is gas powered and leaks gas. You can't use it unless you just really enjoy the smell of a gas leak. We cleaned out the apartment pretty well when we left. I know they were planning some heavy renovation to the apartment because that's what they did when our neighbors finally got fed up and left, but accused us of damaged the ancient decrepit carpet that was in the apartment, and refused to give us back our deposit. Plus, they mowed our yard several times, just a day before our scheduled law care we pay for, and mowed it, then accused us of not taking care of the yard and made us pay extra fees for them mowing our yard without telling us. I recommend getting a lawyer if you want to live there, because these people are as crooked as a small business like this can be.

Honestly I would not even give this place one star. I would give it like a negative 10. I sent an email through a rental app in order to be shown a duplex and no one got back to me. So I decided to call. I had to call multiple times and still never got a reply so I left a message saying hey idk what's going on but no one got back to me. I never received a call but someone from their offices did text me. The text said that I gave them a bogus email and basically put all blame on me stating that I shouldn't have given false information and I had no right to complain about not being contacted because it was my own fault. I finally gave up and told them to stop texting and THEY CONTINUED TEXTING MY PHONE. I had to have my husband handle the situation. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone in my life. They should not even have a reality license. If I could figure out who to report them to I would. The way they speak to people is borderline harassment. I felt attacked to say the least. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

When this house at 304 W. Mississippi in Beebe was remodeled they did not replace the old water pipes in the bathroom. Rusty water coming thru the pipes was always there. I send samples of the water to the Health Dept. and they came back with EColi in it. I moved and she never returned my deposit. I did mow the lawn and clean the house after moving. Never trust these people.

We rented a storage unit from Eoff & Associates. We paid our rent of the unit on time each month for 18 months. We gave a 30 day written notice with the last month's rental check. We removed ALL of our belongings and swept the unit out floor to ceiling. We left no debris, spider webs, or cobwebs. The unit was cleaner than when we took possession and ready for the next tenant to immediately occupy. Nothing had to be done to the unit to rent it out again.

The office receptionist told us, when we asked about our deposit, she asked and "he" said "he" had to clean it out. This was before We even told her when we moved out of the unit or what the unit number was.. She just lied and made no apologies about it. I am angry and sad that this business treats people so dishonestly.
