Besides all the mechanics issues the car have since day 1 , the many times I took it to get "fix" and it never did and them never calling to update you on it. Wind shield broken and many more things.. I missed 1 payment called explained they "put a note" on my file explaining I was paying both payments Yesterday. Coming home from out of town due to a health emergency I see a missed call . Didn't get a response back called office they said pay online but I have never been able to do it they say I will send you the code but I never get it , I was unable to do it by phone they said ok If Anything Tuesday morning or then we will get the car which yes I understand but hey ... they took it today with all my kids car seat , backpacks etc and I just read they want half of your organs to get it back plus your payment and a little more. I am very worried that I might not be able to get it back and more that they would take my stuff out and throw them somewhere like they did last time when I left it to get it fixed . Tore one of my kids car seat and paper work and other stuff were thrown on a trash bag.

I I recommend no one purchased a car for them. All they cost run hot and they love to scam people out the money they so unprofessional they did not even give me enough time to even make a payment. They came and picked up the car and they locked my online account to make my payment online.

The absolute worst place to get a car! They blocked my account from taking automatics payments because they had the wrong insurance number that should’ve been updated a year ago. It’s so crazy because I go through their own personal insurance company so how tf ? All of that resorted in them repossessing my vehicle and me having to pay $600 + in repossession fees plus the payments that they blocked.

This place is full of wickedness. It’s all about how much money they can scam you for on a sorry, tore-down, bug infested vehicle. They play dirty games like change due dates of payments to make you owe more and will repossess your car. Of course they know you want your car so you end up paying 400 dollars of a repossession fee on top of what you’re already paying for your car. You won’t even know so you have to look at your account daily just to make sure. TERRIBLE RUDE INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE
