Not helpful over the phone at all. They just tell you everything is done online. So when there’s an issue with applying online how do we get help?!

This is the most difficult agency to receive help from. I applied over two months ago, about to loose my house,and cannot get an update or anyone to call me back. When I lived in Tolleson, i received assistance in two weeks. Don't Move to Avondale. You won't get any rental assistance here.

I called today for my application status that I did back in September. I know they get a lot of applicants but there is no reason to ignore voice messages. I just need a couple months of assistance to get back on track. I'm not asking for too much.

Very unprofessional. The attitudes of the workers are unacceptable & they will not help you at all. There’s no effective communication or respect to those who seek assistance. You will be lied to & mistreated.

When it was located on Western Ave. I went there several times for help paying my electric bill. They're very helpful, kind, and professional. I haven't been to the new location on 995 E Riley Dr. But will be going soon and will review after.

I called them to try to get help because of this pandemic and left a msg they called me back the very next day even as busy as they were they still called me back and let me know I could come by and get an application or they could send one or I could go online I chose to go in and they welcomed me. They were very kind and sweet the front desk lady was super sweet and then this really sweet last came over asked me which I needed help with I let her know and she made me feel important and listened when no one else would I didn't expect to be tested so kindly and with respect I want to thank all the staff at the Avondale cap office thank you so much for being there when we all need you it's nice to know that you all care so much thank you for making me feel important and that my concerns are relevant especially with some questions that I didn't know they would have answers for or if you guys would even care thank you all for everything you do..... YOU ALL ARE SUPER FANTASTIC THANKS AGAIN. ?
